Renewal of the quality certification ISO-9001 for professional translation and DTP services.

Published on 24/11/2014

AbroadLink has renewed the quality certification ISO-9001 for professional translation and DTP services with the certifying company TÜV-Rheiland. This renewal demonstrates the company's strong commitment to a professional and high quality service. During the certification process the certifying company checks that AbroadLink has followed the processes established in the quality manual of the standard. At the same time, it gives the company the opportunity to examine the processes in place to promote continuous improvement, a very significant aspect of ISO-9001.

AbroadLink confirms its decision to work with the German certifying company TÜV-Rheiland due to its professionals with specific knowledge in the translation industry and its transparency policy thanks to which certificates are available on-line, offering the company's clients a guarantee of the certificate's authenticity. This electronic certificate can be seen here on the web provided by TÜV-Rheiland.

During the renewal process, AbroadLink again used the services of the Granada Chamber of Commerce with an external consultant to carry out the internal audit, to be present during the renewal audit and to advise us when preparing the management report. For the second year running, the external auditor was Francisco Javier Quintana Muñoz from the company ISO Calidad 2000.
