As an essential part of our translation services, all of our customers can access the customer portal from our website using the email account used to communicate with us as the user name. If your contact person with us has not sent you the password, you can request it from us or simply change it on the authentication page to access the portal.

Access to quotes, projects and invoices at all times

Via AbroadLink's customer portal, you can consult all quotes, projects and invoices at all times from the moment you started working with AbroadLink. Thus, if you urgently need to retrieve a translation carried out in the past, it will always be available via the portal. On the portal you will also be able to see a list of all invoices issued, with information notifying you if they have been paid, or if they are pending.

Access through a secure protocol for confidential information

Due to the nature of your documents or the security protocols of your company with regards to the transmission of sensitive or confidential information, it is possible that you may need to send us the documents to be translated through an Internet security protocol which encodes the transmission of information. Through AbroadLink's customer portal, you can create a quote and upload your sensitive or confidential information for translation to our platform through an Internet file transmission protocol.
