What’s RAPS EuroConvergence?

RAPS EuroConvergence is the premier annual event organized by the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) in Europe. The conference brings together top minds in regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, and quality from across the continent—and beyond.

Spanning three days of learning, collaboration, and networking, the event offers deep dives into the most pressing regulatory issues facing medical device and industries. Attendees benefit from a diverse lineup of workshops, expert panels, and case studies, all designed to inform and inspire better regulatory practice in Europe’s complex and fast-evolving environment.

For companies like AbroadLink, Euro Convergence is more than just a conference—it's a bridge to the professionals who depend on precision, clarity, and cultural fluency in their regulatory communications.

Being our first time at the event, we were very satisfied with the organization of the event. Special thanks to Brian Osika, RAPS Sales Executive, for his professionalism and support through all the event always with a smile and proactive attitude.

Booth 34: Nice Location, Better Neighbours

RAPS Euro Convergence: Alex Le Baut and Josh Gambín

This year, AbroadLink proudly exhibited at Booth 34, right in the heart of the exhibit hall. With excellent foot traffic and visibility, our booth became a welcoming hub for visitors curious about our tailored translation solutions for clinical trial documentation, CE marking submissions, labelling, IFUs, and more.

But what truly made Booth 34 special? The company we kept. Our colleagues Josh Gambín and Alex Le Baut, where representing AbroadLink at event. Flanked by some of the most respected names in the industry, including innovative regulatory consultancies and cutting-edge software providers, we had the pleasure of exchanging ideas and forming new partnerships throughout the event.

Special thanks to Alexander Paprotté from Veeva Systems, whose positive energy was spread all over the place, including our booth.

Lisbon: Next Destination for RAPS Euro Convergence

As the energy of Brussels begins to settle, we already have our sights set on Lisbon, the stunning host city for RAPS Euro Convergence 2026. With its rich history, vibrant life sciences sector, and growing prominence in the European regulatory landscape, Lisbon promises to be a fantastic venue for next year's gathering.

AbroadLink is excited to continue this journey with the RAPS community. We look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new ones, and continuing to support the global regulatory ecosystem with world-class language services.
